Paul Fiani, the former head of Australian equities for UBS Global Asset Management (UBS GAM), has hired yet another ex-colleague to join the boutique he founded last year, Integrity Investment Management.
Craig Shaw has joined as head of retail after more than five years with UBS GAM, where he was an associate director of business development. Most recently Shaw spent a year in a similar role at Aspen Group and prior to that had similar roles at AXA and ING. Shaw’s hire takes headcount at the staff-owned, $1.4 billion-managing Integrity to eight, all of whom worked with Fiani at UBS GAM. His old shop, however, recently bolstered its sales ranks with the hire of Allco departee Brett Baker to a Sydney-based institutional sales role, complementing the hire of former Tyndall BDM Roger Prezens to a Melbourne-based role in March.
