No plastic explosives necessary for this safe

BNP Paribas Securities Services is dusting off its special safe for the Investment Administration Conference at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre March 3. The safe has always caused a stir at previous ASFA and CMSF conferences, if only because of the ability of participants to correctly guess the combination.

At last year’s CMSF, for instance, Tremelling had to rustle up another major prize to keep the punters interested when the safe went off early in the conference. At the Investment Administration Conference he is coming prepared with a major prize of a “French dining experience” for two, at Sydney’s Guillaume at Bennelong, as well as a few MP3 speakers to give away. He may also be well served by getting someone else to set the mysterycombination.
