Adrian Trollor is a senior investment executive with over 25 years of experience in investment innovation and sustainable, high-performing strategies. Known for authentic leadership, he has built a reputation for aligning strong governance, collaborative culture, and innovation to drive performance.
In December 2025, Trollor joined ICPM as managing director, supporting its global and Australasian activities part-time. He also established his own consulting firm, Co4M, offering strategic advice across investment strategy, portfolio construction, governance, and manager selection.
Previously, Trollor served as head of portfolio delivery at NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp), overseeing $80 billion in client portfolios within a $110 billion investment program. He drove improved outcomes, reduced costs, and embedded a total portfolio approach, while pioneering low-carbon strategies and best-in-class ESG integration.
Prior to TCorp, Trollor held senior roles at BT Financial Group and Advance Asset Management, leading portfolio construction for market-leading superannuation portfolios and developing cornerstone ESG mandates. His expertise spans equities, fixed income, credit, alternatives, and multi-asset strategies.
