Ben joined Rest in September 2018 and is a Portfolio Manger within the Property team. Ben’s responsibilities include the establishment and implementation of the property investment strategy. Associated activities include the identification, acquisition and divestment of property investments, together with asset management actions as required.
Ben has led the development of a real estate credit strategy, including the execution of a dedicated real estate credit investment in early 2024. In addition, Ben manages a build-to-core US Multifamily mandate.
Prior to joining Rest, Ben worked at The GPT Group as a Senior Investment Analyst, with responsibilities including strategy development, management of valuations and ongoing asset management. Ben has a background in commercial valuations and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Valuations (Hons) from RMIT.
