Bianca Ray is the Property Portfolio Manager for Spirit Super and is responsible for leading the research, design and implementation of the Fund’s property strategy. Bianca is a qualified investment and valuation specialist with over 20 years of experience in asset consultancy, capital transactions and portfolio management for both direct and indirect commercial property in Australia, UK, Europe and the US. Bianca holds a business degree in Property from RMIT University and professional qualifications with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Property Institute. Bianca is also a member of the Property Council of Australia Capital Markets division Owner’s Committee.
