Brendan Donoghue

Brendan Donoghue is head of digital and customer experience at UniSuper, where he leads the teams responsible for digital channels, customer experience, analytics, and employer solutions.

His work focuses on using data, AI, and digital capability to improve how members experience and interact with their super, from the quality of self-service tools through to the speed and intelligence of operational processes. He has a particular interest in how technology changes the relationship between institutions and the people they serve, and what that means for trust and accountability at scale.

Donoghue serves on the program committee for the FEAL Superannuation Leaders Forum and participates in regional and international forums on digital innovation in financial services.
