Calissa leads the markets group, which manages the end-to-end process for regulating markets. This includes supervision, investigation and enforcement for market infrastructure, market intermediaries, corporate finance activities and trading on exchange and over-the-counter markets. She sponsors ASIC’s current work program on evolving capital markets, including public and private markets.
Since 2009, Calissa has held senior leadership roles at ASIC. Before joining ASIC, she held several roles in the UK and Australia across investment bank compliance, regulation and government policy.
