Damian Hill is the chief executive officer of Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC).
He is responsible for developing and implementing strategy approved by the board, and for the day-to-day management of the CSC funds and schemes.
Hill joined CSC in 2020. Before his appointment, he was the chief executive for Rest Super. He has over 30 years’ experience in financial services serving in senior management roles with AMP and Suncorp. He has a Bachelor Degree in Science from the University of Queensland, a Diploma of Superannuation Management from Macquarie University and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst. He has completed a series of executive management and strategy programs through INSEAD and the Harvard Business School.
Hill is also a member of the ASFA Board and chair of the ASFA ASP services committee. He is a life member of ASFA.
