David Evans is the head of insurance with Aware Super commencing in early 2018. He has extensive experience within financial services holding both executive and senior positions within the wealth management and banking industries with a focus on life insurance and superannuation. Following a management consulting career with Accenture, David held various positions with MLC, National Australia Bank, AMP and Aware Super in a career spanning over 20 years. As head of insurance at Aware, Evans is passionate about making a difference in the lives of members including at a time where members are vulnerable and unexpectedly cease work temporarily or permanently due to ill health.
