As head of equities for TelstraSuper, Dominique oversees the $15bn public equities program across both internally and externally managed equities as well as portfolio construction. Prior to that, she was an investment manager – equities and currency at HESTA. Her responsibilities there included undertaking investment manager research, managing the program for the equity investments and active currency overlay program, and portfolio construction.
Dominique joined the superannuation industry in 2013 as a senior investment specialist for Vic Super, working across all asset classes and contributing towards asset allocation decisions. She started her career at Goldman Sachs JBWere in 2004 in portfolio strategy as an investment research analyst within the private client division, before spending the next seven years in institutional equities research at Merrill Lynch and Commonwealth Bank Institutional Equities.
