Georgia’s research expertise has focused on climate risk, sustainability and ESG and how this affects value, valuation practice and the broader property industry. Georgia has 20 years of experience in industry and academia and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practising Valuer. Her expertise and detailed understanding of the relationship between sustainability performance, climate risk and the potential impact on future values has been widely published in her PhD, academic journal articles and industry publications and informs the development of tailored portfolio analysis, investment, and asset management strategies for clients. Georgia has recently transitioned from academia to lead JLL’s Asia Pacific ESG and Risk business, providing expertise in value and risk in relation to ESG to assist investors, lenders and occupiers to navigate the evolving nature of the sustainability landscape.
