Helen Lagis leads AustralianSuper’s valuations and pricing team responsible for the valuation of the fund’s unlisted investments and valuation governance across all investments.
Following decades in professional services, she joined AustralianSuper in 2021 to lift AustralianSuper’s valuation practices in line with the fund’s growing $300 billion investment portfolio.In light of the volatility in investment market and increased importance of private markets for longterm investors, Lagis and her team have ensured global best practice in the valuation of private market investments.
Lagis holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), a Masters of Commerce (Finance) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
