Justin Pascoe is the head of portfolio construction at Cbus Super. He drives the overall portfolio construction and management function with oversight of the fund’s asset allocation, execution and investment options areas. He is also a key member of the fund’s investment leadership team.
Justin has extensive experience in leadership roles across asset owner organisations, having most recently been the head of equities at AustralianSuper, responsible for both Australian and global listed equities and the private equity program. Prior to that, he was the chief investment officer of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC).
He also lived and worked in Hong Kong for various fund managers including Goldman Sachs Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors. Justin is a CFA charterholder and received his Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne with a major in Actuarial Studies.
