Katie Petering, managing director, is the Australasia head of investment strategy for BlackRock’s multi-asset strategies and solutions (MASS) group based in Sydney. In this role, Katie leads strategy for BlackRock’s range of multi-asset portfolios, including hedge funds, models and diversified asset allocation strategies.
Katie joined BlackRock in 2017 as Australasia head of iShares institutional business. Prior to BlackRock, she was head of structured products at Goldman Sachs and held previous roles in cross asset derivative structuring, sales and capital markets. Katie began her career at Merrill Lynch in 1996.
