Keri Pratt

Ms Pratt joined State Super in 2017. In her role as General Manager, Defined Benefits, Assets & Liabilities, Ms Pratt is responsible for ensuring State Super meets its asset-liability management objectives, in negotiation with state and federal governments, and provides input into funding policies and plans. In conjunction with the Chief Investment Officer and TCorp, she develops the most appropriate investment strategies for management of State Super’s Defined Benefit assets, and oversees implementation and effectiveness of the $35 bil investment outsourcing arrangement with TCorp. She is a member of State Super’s Management Investment Committee.

Before joining State Super, she was Head of Institutional, Australia & NZ, at global asset manager, Franklin Templeton Investments, held an equivalent role and was a partner at GMO Australia Ltd, as well as working in superannuation, product and consulting roles with NAB, MLC & Lend Lease.

Ms Pratt holds a MBA (Exec.) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, TFASFA and GAICD. She is also a Non Executive Director of Guild Trustee Services Ltd (Guild Super) and ACT Government DSSF Advisory Board, and serves/ has served on a number of industry associations and investment committees.
