Mark Lee is a senior portfolio manager responsible for managing the strategy and implementation of the property asset class in the Australian Retirement Trust, a A$230 billion superannuation fund. Key responsibilities include portfolio construction, investment research, manager selection, execution and management of global investments in direct property, co-investments, joint ventures and funds in both traditional and alternative property sectors such as holiday parks, self-storage, for-rent residential and data centres. Lee joined Sunsuper (which is now the Australian Retirement Trust post-merger with QSuper) over 10 years ago and prior to this role, worked in commercial and project finance at both WestLB and Commonwealth Bank. Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial and Finance) from UNSW, is a CFA charter holder and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
