Mary Power is a principal consultant and head of JANA’s property research team. In leading the JANA property team, she is responsible for all property-related matters including setting strategy and outcomes and domestic and global property research across both private and public markets.
Power has been involved in a number of direct property transactions and private deals and has evaluated investment opportunities in Australia, Asia, China, US and London. She also has a strong governance background and holds positions on various investor review committees (IRC’s) including Charter Hall, Lendlease, Dexus and AMP Capital. Prior to JANA, Power was head of portfolio management at Warakirri Asset Management and held several roles including head of research and head of marketing, charities.
She holds a Bachelor of Business with distinction (property) from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
