Megan Ford is the executive director of investment capability and intelligence at Future Fund. In her role, Ford leads strategic transformation in investments, overseeing investment governance, data and technology initiatives, and research into high-impact investment topics. She is a member of several Investment and agency committees and co-leads the AI strategy, tooling and integration via the AI Program.
Since joining Future Fund in 2018 as director, listed equities, Ford has guided investment strategy and implementation across global and Australian equity markets, and has served as head of equities and head of investment intelligence. Previously, she was the lead portfolio manager for global systematic equity strategies at Realindex Investments and contributed to active quantitative equity research and implementation at Macquarie Asset Management.
