Renee Voutt is the head of group product, joining MetLife in 2022. With more than 20 years’ experience, her expertise spans product, account management and trustee services. Prior to joining MetLife, Voutt was head of strategic product development at AIA, and also held various roles at TAL, most recently head of product.
As a group insurance specialist, Voutt focuses on partnering with superannuation funds to develop sustainable and competitive product solutions for funds and their members. She has a strong background in product management and innovation where she has led insurance product teams through key industry changes and had the privilege of working with some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds to help them achieve their strategic product initiatives.
