Shikha has over a decade of experience at the Future Fund where she currently serves as a director in the credit team. Prior to this, she held the position of principal at Partners Capital in London, where she spearheaded public equities research and provided strategic advice to institutional and high net worth clients. Shikha’s expertise extends beyond finance; she also brings her management consulting acumen from her tenure at the Boston Consulting Group. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours (Actuarial Studies, Dean’s List) from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business Administration (Distinction) from INSEAD.
