Stephen Donaghy is a senior manager within the Investments team at UniSuper, he joined UniSuper in 2014 from the former Retirement Benefits Fund (now part of Spirit Super). He is responsible for leading the analytical capabilities that feed into the asset allocation and construction of UniSuper’s Investment options. This also includes understanding the implications of the Your Future Your Super Performance Test and the monitoring and management capabilities required to operate alongside this test. Donaghy also plays a key role in building out UniSuper’s ESG data and analytics capabilities which supports the integration of ESG principles across all aspects of UniSuper’s investment process.
