Joining TCorp in 2017 as Chief Investment Officer, Stewart leads TCorp’s investment management business, responsible for advice and management of $110bn of funds across the NSW Government, including pension assets, insurance reserves and a central fund to invest long term debt retirement assets and to recycle infrastructure sales proceeds.
To strengthen TCorp’s investment management framework for delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to clients, Brentnall led a transformation program evolving TCorp’s investment model to a risk-based total portfolio approach.
With over 30 years of investment management industry experience in Australia and the UK, Brentnall has held senior roles at ANZ’s Australasian Wealth business, BT Financial Group, Queensland Investment Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and Schroders.
