Susan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, including funds management and insurance. Her executive experience includes CEO and Managing Director of Lazard Asset Management Pacific, and Director of Strategy of Lend Lease Investment Service. Susan has a highly technical investment and actuarial background, with experience in risk management, business transformation and stakeholder management. She was previously a non-executive Director at Maple-Brown Abbott, Zurich Australia Superannuation and FNZ in Asia Pacific. She was a Director of Women in Super, Chair of the 30% Club Investor Group and is a member of the steering committee of the 40:40 Vision. Susan was Adjunct Professor of Finance at the University of Sydney Business School and a member of the ASFA Economics and Finance Policy Council. She is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute of Australia and holds a BEc from Macquarie University.
