Thaddeus McCrindle is the deputy chief investment officer – public markets for Future Group, which manages the Future Super, Smart Monday and Guild Super plans. McCrindle has over 25 years industry experience, working for much of this as the CIO for managed funds and super at Bendigo Bank as well as for a time at Betashares and JP Morgan. He has also managed charitable foundations and held quantitative roles.
