During his tenure with MLC/NAB, Leigh has been a director of a number of Group companies including MLC Lifetime, MLC Ltd, MLC Investments Ltd, MLC (Hong Kong) Ltd, MLC Asia Ltd and National Nominees Ltd.
Leigh emigrated from the UK to Australia in 1982 and has both a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Cambridge University. He is also a Fellow of both the UK and Australian Institute of Actuaries.

Tim Worner, Principal, Morse Consulting

Tim has been with Morse for four years where his clients have included Australian Unity, Goldman Sachs JBWere, MBF, Skandia, State Trustees of Victoria and UBS. Before joining Morse he held a number of consulting and management positions specialising in wealth management, service delivery and operations. Tim spent three years as a consultant and project manager at HSBC Asset Management (Australia) Ltd, where his primary assignment involved a strategic review of service and operational functions and overseeing the implementation of recommendations. Before this, he was a member of the IOOF senior executive team with responsibility for client service, operations and project management across the funds management and platform businesses.
Tim spent nine years with Perpetual, where his roles included national management of client administration for the funds management business. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Shaun McMahon, Head of Investment Operations, GESB
Shaun has been Head of Investment Operations at GESB since November 2007, where he helps administer approximately $10 billion (as at 20 January 2010) on behalf of its 313,000 members. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from Curtin University and has over 10 years management experience in the investment industry in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining GESB, he held roles as Risk manager (Fixed Income and Currency trading) at JPMorganFlemming Asset Management, Market Risk Manager with BankWest Treasury and Senior Investment Research Analyst at Asgard.
