JPMorgan appoints head of Worldwide Securities Services

JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services (WSS), a division of the JPMorgan Chase global financial services firm, announced yesterday the appointment of a new head of WSS, Australia and New Zealand.

Jane Perry will join JPMorgan early next year, after 10 years with AXA Australia and New Zealand, where her most recent role was chief operations officer, responsible for 1,400 staff. WSS had been without a permanent chief since the departure of Tony Winwood in February. Perry will be responsible for all aspects of the WSS business in Australia and New Zealand, including sales, operations, technology, product, client service, people agenda and the strategic agenda charter. Her appointment follows the recent announcement that Tony O’Neill has joined as head of Treasury Services, Australia and New Zealand. Rob Priestly, JPMorgan’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand said “the addition of Jane Perry and Tony O’Neill complements and further significantly expands the exceptional executive management team we have in Australia and New Zealand, reinforcing JPMorgan’s commitment to the industry as one of the few fully integrated investment banks.”
