The Bank of New York Mellon has extended its contract with Bravura Solutions’ ‘Rufus’ unit registry software, after selling it to the Australians in 2006.

The Bank of New York Mellon will now use Rufus to administer over 500,000 accounts (speaking for 175 billion euros) until at least 2013. The agreement has an upfront value of $15 million, with potential for future revenue, a note from Bravura said.
