Warwick Boys joins Fidelity as head of institutional

Warwick Boys has left Perpetual Investments, where he was general manager of institutional business for the past six years and joined Fidelity as head of institutional business.

Boys previously held roles in fixed income trading and sales at Westpac, ANZ and ABN AMRO.

Michael Bargholz, managing director of Fidelity in Australia, said: “Together Warwick and Alva will bring deep experience in global equity and fixed income investing that will enhance our ability to serve clients.”

Another financial services move has seen Ian Perkins take over as acting head of BNP Paribas Securities Services for Australia and New Zealand.

Perkins joined BNP Paribas in January 2014 as head of sales. He brings over 25 years’ industry experience to the role, most recently gained as co-owner of Morse Consulting Asia Pacific, where he was the driving force behind the organisation’s expansion into Asia.

BNP Paribas Securities Services is the third largest custodian in Australia with $312 billion of assets under custody.
