The Future Fund has adjusted its investment team structure with the appointment of joint deputy CIOs.

Hugh Murray, who has been the acting deputy CIO since Ben Samild’s promotion to CIO in August, will officially move into the role.

His direct reports will include the heads of dynamic asset allocation, strategic opportunities and integration, overlays and treasury and economics and capital markets.

Alicia Gregory will continue as deputy CIO and add the alternatives and listed equities teams to her direct reports, alongside Credit and private equity.

A new position of head of tangibles was also created under Gregory to oversee the infrastructure and timberland and property and listed tangibles teams.
