REST has named Catherine Bolger as a new employee-nominated board director, replacing Julia Fox who retired in May 2024.
Bolge was nominated by the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association union. She has more than 20 years of experience as a director in unions.
She was a former president of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, which merged with Industry Super Australian to become Super Members Council last year.
