Market data provider Reuters has struck a new alliance with DST International, representing the first time its feed has been available through DST’s third-party fund accounting software.

The integrated interface to Reuters’ latest platform, Datascope Select, will be available through DST’s investment accounting, performance measurement, risk management and data management software programs. Datascope Select provides pricing data as frequently as real-time, and provides updated terms and conditions, historical data and cross-reference data for managers dealing with multiple exchanges. “Reuters has traditionally delivered its data via its own front office terminals, but with this alliance it is recognising that we have the expertise to integrate the information into the day-to-day activities of a funds manager or custodian,” according to John Kirkby, DST International’s head of market data systems. He is currently looking for clients globally to trial the new Reuters interface. Earlier this year, Simcorp and Reuters also announced an integration partnership for Datascope Select.
