ANZ Custodian Services has a new boss following Mandy Rashleigh’s transfer to another division of the bank, while former JPMorgan custody chief Tony Winwood has joined on a contract basis.
The new head of ANZ Custodian Services is Karl Mattingly, who was previously running the payments business within ANZ. He replaces Rashleigh, who after 18 months at the helm of the custody business (during which she claims a bank review secured its long-term future) has been transferred to a role directing ANZ’s working capital program. Meanwhile, Tony Winwood joined ANZ’s custody business this month after departing the helm of JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services in February. Winwood will be advising on the business’ operations, on a contract basis. There has also been a shake-up on the client-facing side of ANZ’s custody business, with Michael Massingham departing his role running business services. His job has been assumed by Ken Spackman, formerly the head of account management, whose responsibiliites have been added to Angelo Calvitto’s existing sales role.
