The project manager for HSBC Securities Service’s Westpac transition is indefinitely moving to Greece as head of securities services.
Kon Vazouras will be responsible for the development and ongoing service standards for the security service business in Greece and the provision of remote custody for dematerialised securities on the Cyprian market. His most recent role was as project manager for HSBC which involved acquiring the Westpac sub-custody business in Australia and responsibility for its subsequent transition to HSBC. The project is now complete and Vazouras will not be replaced in Australia. Vazouras joined HSBC in early 2005 and prior to that was with AMP.
