DST International (DSTi) has recruited sales and consulting personnel into its domestic business process management (BPM) software business, including one with a ‘six sigma black belt’ qualification in project management.
Stephen Goddard joined the administration software provider in January, taking a senior sales role in which he will be responsible for distributing DSTi’s BPM tool, which aims to analyse clients’ business processes and isolate those areas requiring improvement. Goddard had undertaken ‘six sigma black belt’ certification, a professional qualification that trains participants to lead business improvement projects, Nick Frolich, DSTi director of sales, said. Meanwhile, Gwylem Box, a BPM consultant with DSTi’s Singapore office, will soon relocate to the company’s Melbourne office to take a business consulting manager role. He begins work with the office on February 18 and will lead a team of eight people. Box has been working in the financial services industry for 25 years, Frolich said.
