ITM snares implementation specialist as director

An experienced investment IT and administration executive has become a shareholder and director of transition management data provider ITM.

Chris Matthews, who has headed up the investment administration and implementation areas of several firms such as BT, Credit Suisse and AAS, joins ITM (formerly known as Independent Transition Management) initially on a part-time executive basis, representing the Melbourne-based firm in NSW and Queensland, and undertaking specialist assignments.

Steve Shoreson, the ITM managing director, said Matthews also had experience overseeing systems implementations and data migrations for various funds.

Staff of ITM will own approximately 50 per cent of the firm’s shares after Matthews joins. The founders of ITM UK will own 20 per cent.
