AIRA seminar to probe electronic future

The Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, Chris Pearce, will discuss proposed amendments to the corporations act at a Melbourne seminar hosted by the Australasian Investor Relations Association on June 1.

These amendments will mean that public companies no longer have to send a printed annual report to investors. The seminar will explore the future of investor communication in this new electronic environment. Download the seminar program @ www.aira.org.au
