Three months after retrenching, Russell recruits to insto business

Australia, who left in May to join AMP Capital Investors as head of investment specialists, listed assets.

A shortlist has been drawn up, and Russell’s global head of consulting and advisory services, Janine Baldridge, has been involved in the recruitment process.

During a recent visit to

Sydney, Baldridge said Russell was looking to bring in senior level, experienced asset consulting practitioners with strong client capabilities.

“We actually have open positions in a variety of our regions because of growth and other things that we’re looking for, and then specific to Australia we want to make sure we’re bringing to our Australian clients a breadth of ideas, not just with what’s going on in Australia but what our other clients are doing as well,” she said.

“We have four or five senior positions open, globally. It’s an
ongoing process.”
